Nach der Eroberung und den Verbindungen mit Amerika und mit der Anbindung der Inseln an Europa haben sie ein Nervenzentrum der kulturellen Bereicherung in jedem Sinne des Wortes hinterlassen.<\/p><p>Trotz der Komplexit\u00e4t der globalen wirtschaftlichen und kommerziellen Dynamik, die an der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Kanarischen Inseln beteiligt war, beg\u00fcnstigten ihre strategische geografische Lage sowie g\u00fcnstige steuerliche Bedingungen zu verschiedenen Zeiten die Etablierung der gro\u00dfen Monokulturen, die bis heute Bestand haben, wie Zuckerrohr, Wein, Cochenille und Bananen und in geringerem Ma\u00dfe auch Tomaten. Diese Kulturen f\u00f6rderten die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung, aber auch die kulturelle Bereicherung, zum Beispiel durch den Austausch fl\u00e4mischer Kunst mit Zuckerrohr oder durch neue Anbau- oder Webtechniken, die ein einzigartiges Kunsthandwerk auf der Insel entstehen lie\u00dfen.<\/p><p>In den Obstplantagen wurden Produkte von den indischen Inseln auf den europ\u00e4ischen Kontinent gebracht und umgekehrt, die im Laufe der Zeit, durch die Anpassung an die Umwelt und die gro\u00dfe Vielfalt der Inseln mit ihrer Orographie und ihrem Mikroklima, einzigartige Obst- und Gem\u00fcsesorten hervorgebracht haben, die heute in den traditionellsten und avantgardistischsten Gerichten der Inselgastronomie zu finden sind.<\/p><p>Heute erm\u00f6glichen die g\u00fcnstigen klimatischen Bedingungen und die mineralstoffreichen B\u00f6den den Anbau von organischen Produkten mit unvergleichlichen Eigenschaften, immer unter einer durch die Orographie des Gel\u00e4ndes begrenzten Produktion in Terrassen, mit harter Arbeit und wenig oder keiner Mechanisierung der
