Dieser Treffpunkt von Luis Benito im ewigen Sommer des S\u00fcdens. Die Veranstaltung findet am Donnerstag, den 21. statt und wir kennen bereits die Vorschl\u00e4ge, die der junge Chefkoch im Chiringuito pr\u00e4sentieren wird.<\/p><p>Das gastronomische Festmahl beginnt mit einer Croqueta de lapas mit Salmorejo palmero und Ensaladilla de boniato de Fuencaliente y peto ahumado de La Gomera (S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelsalat aus Fuencaliente und ger\u00e4ucherter Wahoo aus La Gomera). Auf diese Vorspeisen folgen Lasa\u00f1a de gambas al kimchi y bechamel de coco, als Fischgericht, und Recuerdos de Garaf\u00eda, als Fleischgericht.
