Drei K\u00fcchenchefs mit sehr ausgepr\u00e4gten und unterschiedlichen Stilen werden uns interessante Schnitte, Techniken und Pr\u00e4sentationen zeigen. Eine einzigartige und multikulturelle kulinarische Reise mit dem Ziel, Wissen zu teilen und dabei die wichtigsten Eigenschaften des Aquanaria Wolfsbarsches zu nutzen: gro\u00dfe Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, feste Textur, intensiver Geschmack und 100% anisakisfrei.<\/p><p>V\u00edctor Planas wird uns mit sehr interessanten Techniken und Schnitten aus der pr\u00e4zisen japanischen Schule erfreuen. Der italienische Chefkoch Niki Pavanelli wird uns die Technik der Herstellung von Bottarga aus dem Rogen des Aquanaria-Seebarsches zeigen.
