Mai bis 2. Juni in Galicien stattfindet.<\/p><p>Die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, betont, dass \"La Palma \u00fcber erstklassige Produkte verf\u00fcgt, was wir dank der engen und notwendigen Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Prim\u00e4rsektor unserer Insel, der dank der kontinuierlichen Arbeit, des Engagements und der Bem\u00fchungen unserer Fachleute und des gastronomischen Talents anderer Einrichtungen und Unternehmen, die diesen Rohstoff in Produkte verwandeln, die den Unterschied ausmachen, Produkte von gro\u00dfem Reichtum hervorbringt, erreichen\".<\/p><p>In diesem Sinne weist Miriam Perestelo darauf hin, dass dieses neue Treffen zwischen den Fachleuten des Sektors von grundlegender Bedeutung ist, um die Gastronomie von La Palma, die eine wichtige Touristenattraktion ist, weiter zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p><p>Der Minister f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Viehzucht, Fischerei, Tierschutz und Ern\u00e4hrungssouver\u00e4nit\u00e4t, Alberto Paz, wird bei dieser Ausstellung anwesend sein, bei der La Palma durch 12 Unternehmen vertreten sein wird, die mit der Gastronomie der Insel verbunden sind.<\/p><p>La Palma wird im Gastrobereich durch folgende Organisationen vertreten sein: Criadores de Cabra Palmera, Mojos Regina, Veganorte, Palmojo, Mojos Sicilia, Mojos Virginia, Ron Aldea, Delicias de la Huerta, Cerveza Isla Verde, Salinas de Tenegu\u00eda, Piedra Jurada und Central Hortofrut\u00edcola.<\/p><p>Auf der anderen Seite werden im touristischen Bereich zwei touristische und gastronomische Projekte hervorstechen, die den Geist der Nachhaltigkeit und der Authentizit\u00e4t von La Palma widerspiegeln, wie die Ecofinca Tacande, ein \u00f6kologischer Raum, der landwirtschaftliche Produktion mit einzigartigen touristischen Erlebnissen verbindet, und Vino y Tierra, eine Initiative, die Weinbau mit Tourismus verbindet und immersive \u00f6nologische Erfahrungen bietet.<\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird Saborea La Palma w\u00e4hrend der Messe 34 Reiseveranstaltern das Reiseziel vorstellen, um die Insel als erstklassiges touristisches und gastronomisches Reiseziel zu bewerben.
