Sergio Rodr\u00edguez betonte, dass Veranstaltungen wie diese mehr als nur ein gastronomisches Ereignis sind und \u00fcber kulturelle und ethnographische Aspekte hinausgehen.<\/h4>

Das Cabildo de La Palma bereitet \u00fcber das \u00f6ffentliche Unternehmen Sodepal die Feierlichkeiten zum Gastronomischen Festival Saborea La Palma vor, das am Wochenende vom 8. bis 10. November in der Gemeinde Fuencaliente stattfinden wird.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>

Die Pr\u00e4sentation der Veranstaltung, die im Besucherzentrum des Vulkans San Antonio stattfand, diente dazu, die Charakteristika einer Veranstaltung zu verdeutlichen, \"die \u00fcber das einfache Konzept einer gastronomischen Messe mit Vorf\u00fchrungen und Verkostungen hinausgeht\", betonte der Pr\u00e4sident der Insel, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez.\u00a0<\/p>

Bei der Wahl des Standortes wurde ber\u00fccksichtigt, dass Fuencaliente einer der herausragendsten Weinproduzenten der Kanarischen Inseln ist und \u00fcber die \u00e4ltesten Rebst\u00f6cke der aromatischen Sorte Malvasia verf\u00fcgt, die seit Jahrhunderten weltber\u00fchmt ist und heute zu den herausragenden Produkten der Insel La Palma geh\u00f6rt.<\/p>

Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist Fuencaliente eine Gemeinde mit gro\u00dfer landwirtschaftlicher Aktivit\u00e4t und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehrere Weinkellereien und eine der bekanntesten Salzminen der Kanarischen Inseln, umgeben von Vulkanen, Lavalandschaften und einem bedeutenden Gebiet mit kanarischem Kiefernwald.<\/p>

Die gew\u00e4hlten Termine fallen mit dem Fest des Heiligen Martin zusammen, dem Schutzpatron der Landwirtschaft, der sich bei Landwirten, Viehz\u00fcchtern, Winzern und Weinbauern auf der Insel gro\u00dfer Beliebtheit erfreut.<\/p>

Aus diesem Grund betonte Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, dass diese Art von Veranstaltung viel mehr ist als nur ein kulinarisches Ereignis, \"es sind echte Festivals, die die kulturelle Vielfalt feiern und die lokale Wirtschaft f\u00f6rdern\", sagte er.<\/p>

Die Stadtr\u00e4tin f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung und Handel, Miriam Perestelo, betonte, dass diese Art von Veranstaltung es erm\u00f6glicht, die Produkte und Produzenten der Insel zu f\u00f6rdern und gleichzeitig die Nachhaltigkeit und den Konsum von Null-Kilometer-Produkten zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>

Er betonte auch, dass diese Messe \"ein Fest unserer Gastronomie werden wird, die uns vereint und uns auch unsere Herkunft genie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst\".\u00a0<\/p>

All dies geschieht im Rahmen des Projekts 'Saborea La Palma', das ein klares Bekenntnis zur Gastronomie und zu den besten Produkten und Zubereitungen der Insel darstellt.<\/p>

So wird dieses gastronomische Inselfestival Landwirte und Viehz\u00fcchter, Lebensmittelproduzenten, Gastronomen, H\u00e4ndler von Gourmetprodukten sowie eine breite Vertretung von Vertretern aus dem Lebensmittel-, Landwirtschafts-, Handels- und Tourismussektor, Kritikern und Gastronomieexperten, dem Hotel- und Gastst\u00e4ttengewerbe, sowohl von der Insel als auch durch die Anwesenheit wichtiger kanarischer und spanischer Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten, zusammenbringen.<\/p>

Diese Veranstaltung soll in den Stra\u00dfen der Gemeinde stattfinden, um sie besser zug\u00e4nglich zu machen.<\/p>

Neben der konkreten Planung eines Aktionsbereichs, Konferenzen, Kolloquien, Vortr\u00e4gen, Showkochen, Workshops und kulinarischen Wettbewerben haben wir auch an die Einrichtung eines Ausstellungs- und Verkaufsbereichs f\u00fcr Gastronomen sowie eines Standes f\u00fcr landwirtschaftliche Erzeuger gedacht, an dem sie ihre Produkte aus dem Prim\u00e4rsektor vorstellen und vermarkten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Parallel dazu finden weitere spezifische kulinarische Veranstaltungen statt, wie z.B. ein nationales Konditorentreffen, die Einrichtung eines sensorischen K\u00e4se- und Weintunnels sowie touristische Werbefl\u00e4chen und verschiedene musikalische Darbietungen.<\/p>

Eine weitere Besonderheit des Festivals ist der 'Jura de la Pipa', bei dem neue, lokal produzierte Weine verkostet werden, was traditionell mit dem Fest von San Mart\u00edn zusammenf\u00e4llt.<\/p>

Der B\u00fcrgermeister von Fuencaliente, Gregorio Alonso, betonte seinerseits, wie erfreut er dar\u00fcber ist, dieses erste gastronomische Festival in seiner Gemeinde zu empfangen und wies darauf hin, dass sie eine \"Referenzgemeinde f\u00fcr die Schaffung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen in Verbindung mit lokalen Produkten\" ist.\u00a0<\/p>
