Der Pr\u00e4sident der Insel, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, betont das Engagement der Gesellschaft f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung der Talente von Fachleuten des Sektors und hebt gleichzeitig die Qualit\u00e4t der Produkte der Insel La Palma hervor.<\/h4><\/div>

Das Cabildo de La Palma startet \u00fcber das \u00f6ffentliche Unternehmen Sodepal das Saborea La Palma Training Center, eine Initiative, die darauf abzielt, Fachleute aus dem Gastronomiebereich der Insel zu motivieren und zu schulen.<\/p>

Dieses Zentrum beginnt mit der Entwicklung eines speziellen Schulungsprogramms, das den renommiertesten K\u00f6chen des Landes sowie Vertretern renommierter Hotelunternehmen die Hotel- und Gastronomiefachleute der Insel n\u00e4her bringen soll. Ein Programm, in dem die Teilnehmer ihre F\u00e4higkeiten und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kundenservice, Betriebsmanagement und F\u00fchrung verbessern k\u00f6nnen, in der Hoffnung, die Rentabilit\u00e4t des Sektors zu steigern.<\/p>

Der Pr\u00e4sident der Insel, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, stellte das Projekt gemeinsam mit der Stadtr\u00e4tin f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, dem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer des renommierten Top F&B-Clubs, Juanjo Mart\u00ednez, dem Betriebsleiter der Iberostar-Gruppe, Pepe Mac\u00edas, und der besten Oberkellnerin 2023, Ana Clara Pi\u00f1eyro, vor, die zusammen mit anderen Fachleuten f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung des ersten Schulungsprogramms verantwortlich war. An der Pr\u00e4sentation nahmen auch der Stadtrat f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Viehzucht, Fischerei und Ern\u00e4hrungssouver\u00e4nit\u00e4t des Cabildo, Alberto Paz, und die Direktorin f\u00fcr Tourismus der Insel, Beatriz P\u00e1ez, teil.<\/p>

Sergio Rodr\u00edguez betonte das Engagement des Cabildo, die Talente von Fachleuten in der Branche zu f\u00f6rdern und gleichzeitig die Qualit\u00e4t der Palmeran-Produkte durch dieses Programm hervorzuheben. Das Programm besteht aus vier Intensivkursen, die so wichtige Themen wie Kundenerfahrung, Innovation und Qualit\u00e4t im Service, die Zubereitung der Speisekarte und Strategien, um ein anerkannter Fachmann zu werden, behandeln.<\/p>

Miriam Perestelo betonte ihrerseits, dass diese Initiative der Notwendigkeit entspringt, auf eine der grundlegenden S\u00e4ulen des von der Institution f\u00fcr die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des Gastronomiesektors auf der Insel aufgestellten Fahrplans zu reagieren, n\u00e4mlich die Ausbildung. Er hob auch die gemeinsame und koordinierte Arbeit der Bereiche Landwirtschaft, Viehzucht, Fischerei und Ern\u00e4hrungssouver\u00e4nit\u00e4t, Tourismus und Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung hervor, die die Insel La Palma als gastronomisches Reiseziel festigt und einen Sektor unterst\u00fctzt, der zur Schaffung von Wirtschaft und Besch\u00e4ftigung beitr\u00e4gt.<\/p>

Juanjo Mart\u00ednez betonte die Begeisterung und \u00dcberraschung f\u00fcr die Arbeit, die sich auf der Insel entwickelt. \"Unser Beruf erfordert Zeit und Professionalit\u00e4t und vor allem, Botschafter der Gastronomie zu sein, die La Palma seine Identit\u00e4t verleiht\", sagte er, \"die Gastronomie ist nachhaltig und integrativ und erm\u00f6glicht die Entwicklung des Prim\u00e4rsektors und wir wollen unsere Erfahrung in diese Ausbildungsaktivit\u00e4ten einbringen\".<\/p>

Die Oberkellnerin Ana Pi\u00f1eyro betonte auch, dass dieser Beruf \"uns erlaubt, eine wichtige Rolle in der Entwicklung des Tourismus zu spielen, indem wir diese Ausbildungen f\u00f6rdern, die uns die M\u00f6glichkeit geben, dies zu erreichen\".<\/p>

Pepe Mac\u00edas betonte, dass diese Initiative eine Gelegenheit ist, die auf La Palma vorhandenen Talente mit den auf der Insel vorhandenen Ressourcen auszubilden und zu wecken.<\/p>

Diese vier Schulungen finden am 7. und 21. Oktober bzw. am 11. und 25. November statt und werden in den beiden wichtigsten Regionen der Insel zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten wiederholt, um den Fachleuten die Teilnahme zu erleichtern. Dieses Programm richtet sich an Fachleute aus dem Hotel- und Gastst\u00e4ttengewerbe, die Mitglieder von Saborea La Palma sind und sich f\u00fcr eine Teilnahme an dem Projekt interessieren.
