Eine Veranstaltung, die Ausbildung, Tradition und Nachhaltigkeit miteinander verbindet, um die Gastronomie von La Palma zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/h4>

Das Cabildo de La Palma organisiert \u00fcber sein \u00f6ffentliches Unternehmen Sodepal und im Rahmen des Projekts 'Saborea La Palma' die erste Ausgabe des Gastronomiefestivals 'Saborea La Palma Me Sabe', das vom 8. bis 10. November in der Gemeinde Fuencaliente stattfinden wird. Diese Veranstaltung l\u00e4dt Einheimische und Besucher dazu ein, den kulinarischen Reichtum der Insel zu entdecken. Ein vielf\u00e4ltiges Programm mit Aktivit\u00e4ten und Workshops unterstreicht die Bedeutung der Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastst\u00e4ttengewerbe und f\u00f6rdert gleichzeitig lokale Produkte und Nachhaltigkeit.<\/p><\/div>

Eine Plattform f\u00fcr kleine und mittlere gastronomische Betriebe:
<\/strong>Das Festival bringt mehr als drei\u00dfig kleine und mittelst\u00e4ndische Unternehmen zusammen, die mit der Gastronomie auf La Palma verbunden sind, und bietet R\u00e4ume, die der Verkostung von Kreationen lokaler K\u00f6che und Inselprodukten gewidmet sind. Es wird auch runde Tische und Pr\u00e4sentationen geben sowie einen spannenden Wettbewerb zur Wahl des besten Burgers von La Palma. Die Besucher k\u00f6nnen sich auch auf einen Kinderbereich mit Aktivit\u00e4ten wie H\u00fcpfburgen, Live-Kochworkshops (Showcooking) und Kunsthandwerk freuen, die speziell f\u00fcr die Kleinen konzipiert wurden, damit sie die Veranstaltung genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Erg\u00e4nzt wird die Veranstaltung durch Live-Musikauftritte bekannter lokaler Gruppen wie Los Tres de Ca\u00f1a, der Agrupaci\u00f3n Folcl\u00f3rica Tendal, der D\u00fao Palma und Fran Ramos, die das Wochenende mit einem abwechslungsreichen Repertoire unterhalten werden.<\/p>

Ein Impuls f\u00fcr den lokalen Konsum und die Nachhaltigkeit:<\/strong>
F\u00fcr den Pr\u00e4sidenten des Cabildo, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, stellt das Festival eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Gelegenheit dar, die Produkte und die Gastronomie der Insel bekannt zu machen: \"Diese Veranstaltung ist der Nachhaltigkeit und dem lokalen Konsum verpflichtet, aber sie ist auch ein Treffpunkt f\u00fcr die Fachleute des Sektors, der Synergien schafft, die die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und die Schaffung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen auf La Palma f\u00f6rdern\".<\/p>

Miriam Perestelo, Stadtr\u00e4tin f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Sodepal, unterstreicht die Bedeutung dieser Plattform f\u00fcr die lokalen Erzeuger, um ihre Produkte zu pr\u00e4sentieren und zu bewerben und die kulinarische Identit\u00e4t von La Palma zu bereichern und zu verbreiten. \"Es ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, die Verbindung zwischen unserer Gastronomie und unseren Besuchern zu st\u00e4rken\", betont sie.<\/p>

Programm und Highlights:<\/strong>
Das Festival \u00f6ffnet seine Pforten am Freitag, den 8. November. Die Er\u00f6ffnungszeremonie ist f\u00fcr Samstag um 13:00 Uhr angesetzt. Danach findet die traditionelle Zeremonie des Jura de la Pipa del Vino statt, eine Hommage an die Weinbautradition der Insel.<\/p>
