Das Cabildo Insular de La Palma hat \u00fcber das \u00f6ffentliche Unternehmen Sodepal die positiven Ergebnisse der ersten Ausgabe des gastronomischen Festivals \"Saborea La Palma Me Sabe\" gefeiert, das vom 8. bis 10. November in Fuencaliente stattfand. Die Initiative, die von Erzeugern, Gastronomen und Teilnehmern als Erfolg bewertet wurde, zeichnete sich sowohl durch ihre Organisation als auch durch ihr festes Engagement f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit aus.<\/p>

Laut den Teilnehmerumfragen wurden Aspekte wie die Lage der St\u00e4nde, der wirtschaftliche Nutzen und das erzielte Image sowie die Gesamtorganisation der Veranstaltung hoch bewertet. Ein gro\u00dfer Prozentsatz der Befragten \u00e4u\u00dferte die Absicht, an k\u00fcnftigen Ausgaben teilzunehmen, wobei die Mehrheit mit \"auf jeden Fall\" und der Rest mit \"wahrscheinlich ja\" antwortete. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde die Organisation mit \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigender Mehrheit als \"ausgezeichnet\" bewertet.<\/p>

Allerdings wurden Bereiche mit Verbesserungspotenzial ausgemacht, wie z.B. der Publikumsverkehr zu bestimmten Zeiten, der in einigen F\u00e4llen aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen an den Veranstaltungstagen hinter den Erwartungen zur\u00fcckblieb. Dennoch gaben mehrere Teilnehmer an, dass der Besucherstrom ihren urspr\u00fcnglichen Sch\u00e4tzungen entsprach oder diese sogar \u00fcbertraf.<\/p>

Die Stadtr\u00e4tin f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung, Miriam Perestelo, betonte, dass dieses Festival \"hier ist, um zu bleiben\", und hob die Qualit\u00e4t der lokalen Produkte und das Talent der K\u00f6che und K\u00f6chinnen der Insel hervor. \"Diese Veranstaltung hat die Exzellenz der Gourmetprodukte von La Palma und das hohe Niveau unserer Gastronomie gezeigt. Jetzt m\u00fcssen wir weiter daran arbeiten, diese Veranstaltung zu konsolidieren\", sagte Perestelo.<\/p>

Dar\u00fcber hinaus betonte der Stadtrat, wie wichtig es sei, die Vorschl\u00e4ge der Teilnehmer zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, um zuk\u00fcnftige Ausgaben zu verbessern. Zu den gesammelten Vorschl\u00e4gen geh\u00f6rten Anpassungen des Zeitplans, eine m\u00f6gliche Verlegung der Veranstaltung und die Einbeziehung erg\u00e4nzender Aktivit\u00e4ten, wie zum Beispiel ein Abschlusskonzert. \"Die allgemeine Zufriedenheit ist sehr hoch, aber wir d\u00fcrfen uns nicht zufrieden geben. Dieser erste Schritt ist nur der Anfang von etwas viel Gr\u00f6\u00dferem\", f\u00fcgte er hinzu.<\/p>

Ein Festival im Zeichen der Nachhaltigkeit<\/strong><\/h5>

Einer der Grundpfeiler von Saborea La Palma Me Sabe war das Engagement f\u00fcr den Umweltschutz. W\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung wurden Ma\u00dfnahmen wie die Verwendung kompostierbarer Materialien in den Essensbereichen, der Verkauf von wiederverwendbaren Verpackungen und eine strenge Kontrolle der Lebensmittelabf\u00e4lle umgesetzt. Au\u00dferdem wurde eine selektive M\u00fclltrennung durchgef\u00fchrt, die eine angemessene R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit zu den entsprechenden Aufbereitungsanlagen sicherstellte: Kompostierung auf den Inseln, Recycling von Verpackungen in Los Morenos, Verwertung von Papier und Pappe in Mart\u00ednez Cano und die Abgabe von Glas \u00fcber ECOVIDRIO.<\/p>

Diese nachhaltigen Ma\u00dfnahmen waren dank der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Institutionen, der aktiven Beteiligung der teilnehmenden Unternehmen und des Publikums m\u00f6glich. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde ein auf Nachhaltigkeit spezialisiertes Unternehmen beauftragt, die Erf\u00fcllung dieser Ziele zu garantieren und so das Umweltengagement des Festivals zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>
