La Palma positioniert sich auf der Madrid Fusi\u00f3n 2025, die vom 27. bis 29. Januar auf der Ifema stattfindet, als gastronomisches Reiseziel. Die Insel wird das Beste ihrer Produkte und das Talent ihrer Fachleute auf dieser renommierten internationalen Messe unter dem Dach des Projekts Saborea La Palma pr\u00e4sentieren, das von dem \u00f6ffentlichen Unternehmen Sodepal gef\u00f6rdert wird.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Die Stadtr\u00e4tin f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung des Cabildo de La Palma und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, betont, dass diese internationale Veranstaltung ein Schaufenster ist, um weiterhin auf die Differenzierung des Reiseziels durch seine Gastronomie zu setzen, \"ein Sektor, der immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt und sich als eine der wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen der Insel positioniert\", erkl\u00e4rt sie.<\/p>

Die Stadtr\u00e4tin f\u00fcr Tourismus, Raquel Rebollo, verteidigt ihrerseits die Tatsache, dass die Insel La Palma nach einem ersten Kontakt mit dem Tourismussektor auf der Fitur nach Madrid Fusi\u00f3n kommt und sich nun auf eines der Starprodukte der Insel, wie die Gastronomie, konzentriert, etwas, das La Palma unter einem bestimmten Teil dieser Gegend st\u00e4rkt.\u00a0<\/p>

Saborea La Palma wird mit einem eigenen Stand im Bereich Saborea Espa\u00f1a vertreten sein, wo sie drei Tage lang ihre Produkte sowie typische Gerichte aus der K\u00fcche La Palmas pr\u00e4sentieren wird.<\/p>

Das Cabildo und das \u00f6ffentliche Unternehmen Sodepal unterst\u00fctzen und verst\u00e4rken die Pr\u00e4senz von La Palma als differenziertes Reiseziel durch diese Art von spezialisierten Veranstaltungen, die es ihnen erm\u00f6glichen, eine Marke durch die verschiedenen Produkte zu schaffen, die das Reiseziel anbietet, wie z.B. Gastronomie, Astrotourismus und Sporttourismus, um nur einige zu nennen.\u00a0<\/p>

Programm der Aktionen in Madrid Fusi\u00f3n<\/h4>

Im Rahmen der Messe wird die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, eine Reihe von Treffen mit Vertretern aus dem Tourismus- und Gastronomiesektor abhalten, die es erm\u00f6glichen, Synergien zwischen der Destination und anderen Orten zu schaffen, um Erfahrungen auszutauschen, sowie mit Unternehmen und Vertretern aus diesem Bereich, um die Insel zu positionieren.<\/p>

Auf der anderen Seite wird es auf La Palma verschiedene Pr\u00e4sentationen geben, vom Kochen mit der Palmero-Ziege und dem Palmero-Rind bis hin zu Workshops und Verkostungen einer Vielzahl von Produkten der Insel, wie Mojo, Salz, \u00d6l, Gofio, eine Auswahl an Inselgeb\u00e4ck, Obst und Getr\u00e4nken wie Kaffee, Rum und Bier.<\/p>

Am Montag, den 27. Januar, pr\u00e4sentieren Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz und Brenda Rodr\u00edguez ab 12:15 Uhr \"Destino La Palma\" und zeigen die Qualit\u00e4t der K\u00e4sesorten der Insel. Am Nachmittag wird Emilio Rodr\u00edguez um 16:30 Uhr in der 'Aula de Copas' einen Workshop \u00fcber Cocktails geben.<\/p>

Am Dienstag, den 28. Januar, wird Jes\u00fas \u00c1lvarez um 12:30 Uhr die Eigenschaften der Weine von Palmeros erl\u00e4utern. Im Bereich 'Showcooking' findet um 17:00 Uhr das Love Festival statt, ein Bekenntnis zu Freiheit und Vielfalt, von C\u00e9sar P\u00e9rez. Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz wird ab 18:00 Uhr einen Workshop \u00fcber Avocados aus La Palma abhalten. Zum Abschluss des Tages wird Emilio Rodr\u00edguez noch einmal Cocktails pr\u00e4sentieren und herstellen.<\/p>

Am Mittwoch, den 29. Januar schlie\u00dflich wird Jos\u00e9 Alberto D\u00edaz die Anwesenden mit dem Palmero-Rindshund und Ziegenmilch-Quesillo erfreuen, w\u00e4hrend C\u00e9sar P\u00e9rez einen Workshop \u00fcber Mojo Palmero und traditionelle Kartoffeln geben wird.<\/p>
