Ausgabe des Sal\u00f3n Gourmets, der vom 7. bis 10. April in Madrid stattfand, sein ganzes gastronomisches Potenzial gezeigt und seine Position als Referenzziel f\u00fcr den Tourismus in Verbindung mit der Haute Cuisine gefestigt. Unter dem Siegel Saborea La Palma vertraten insgesamt sieben lokale Marken die Isla Bonita auf dieser internationalen Veranstaltung, die als das wichtigste Schaufenster f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4tsgastronomie in Europa gilt.<\/p><p>Das Cabildo de La Palma hat \u00fcber das \u00f6ffentliche Unternehmen Sodepal und sein Projekt Saborea La Palma diese herausragende Beteiligung gef\u00f6rdert, mit dem Ziel, die Exzellenz der Produkte aus La Palma sichtbar zu machen und sie in einem zunehmend anspruchsvollen und spezialisierten Markt zu positionieren.<\/p><p>Der Pr\u00e4sident der Insel, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, und die Stadtr\u00e4tin f\u00fcr Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, nahmen an dieser wichtigen Fachmesse teil, auf der sie das Engagement des Cabildo bekr\u00e4ftigten, La Palma weiterhin als erstklassiges gastronomisches Reiseziel zu positionieren. \"Diese Arbeit wird nicht nur von Saborea La Palma geleistet, sondern auch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Ministerien f\u00fcr Tourismus, Landwirtschaft, Viehzucht und Fischerei, denn hinter jedem Produkt, das wir pr\u00e4sentieren, steht eine intensive und engagierte Arbeit des prim\u00e4ren Sektors der Insel, dessen Bem\u00fchungen einen Rohstoff von au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Qualit\u00e4t garantieren\", sagte Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p><p>Stadtrat Perestelo f\u00fcgte hinzu, dass \"die Kombination aus diesem ausgezeichneten Rohstoff, dem Talent derjenigen, die ihn verarbeiten, und der von den Institutionen entwickelten Werbestrategie der Schl\u00fcssel ist, um den Tourismus, der die Insel anzieht, mit einem einzigartigen gastronomischen Angebot mit eigener Identit\u00e4t weiter zu diversifizieren\".<\/p><p>Bei dieser Ausgabe erreichte La Palma mit der Anwesenheit der Marken Ron Aldea, Mi Dulce Pastel, Vinos Mergus, Vega Norte, Bruco La Palma sowie der renommierten Mojos Regina und Sicilia eine Rekordbeteiligung.
