Dies ist eine der wichtigsten gastronomischen Veranstaltungen des Archipels, die vom 20. bis 22. Mai auf dem Messegel\u00e4nde von Santa Cruz de Tenerife stattfindet.<\/p><p>Die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, betont, dass das Ziel der Teilnahme an dieser Veranstaltung darin besteht, \"die F\u00f6rderung der lokalen Agrar- und Ern\u00e4hrungsprodukte zu st\u00e4rken und die Arbeit der Erzeuger der Insel hervorzuheben\".<\/p><p>Perestelo f\u00fcgt hinzu, dass \"der Stand w\u00e4hrend der drei Messetage Verkostungen, kulinarische Ausstellungen und Begegnungen mit Fachleuten des Sektors anbietet und damit La Palma als Referenzpunkt in der regionalen Gastronomieszene festigt\".<\/p><p>Der Stadtrat f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Viehzucht, Fischerei, Ern\u00e4hrungssouver\u00e4nit\u00e4t und Tierschutz, Alberto Paz, betonte seinerseits das Engagement der Gesellschaft f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung lokaler Produkte, was das Engagement des Prim\u00e4rsektors der Insel widerspiegelt, der f\u00fcr die soziale und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung La Palmas von zentraler Bedeutung ist.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr diese neue Ausgabe von GastroCanarias hat Saborea La Palma f\u00fcnf herausragende Unternehmen der Insel ausgew\u00e4hlt, darunter Destiler\u00edas Aldea mit seinen traditionellen handwerklich hergestellten Rumsorten; Vinos Mergus, das sich dem heroischen Weinbau und Weinen mit Identit\u00e4t verschrieben hat; VidaViva Ecofood, das sich auf hochwertige, nachhaltige Gem\u00fcseprodukte spezialisiert hat; Palmojo mit seinen traditionellen Mojos nach lokalen Rezepten und Mi Dulce Pastel, ein kreatives S\u00fc\u00dfwarenangebot, das Innovation und Tradition verbindet.<\/p><p>Au\u00dferdem stehen Live-Showcookings von renommierten K\u00f6chen der Insel auf dem Programm, die die Vielseitigkeit und den Reichtum der Produkte der Insel pr\u00e4sentieren werden.
