Perdomo Winery

Bodegas Perdomo is a small family winery located in the municipality of Garafía, in the idyllic village of Las Tricias. Its wines are produced in plots located at 1200m above sea level, under the name "Piedra Jurada", protected under the Denomination of Origin of La Palma.

Isla Verde Brewery

Craft beer brewery and Bar-Restaurant. Production based on renewable energies. Guided tours.

Los Tumbitos Cheese Factory

A family farm dedicated to raising Raza Palmera goats and making cheeses in the traditional way, with the recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. Sale of cheeses protected by the D.O.Q.P.

Ron Aldea

Destilerías Aldea is a rum factory, located on the coast of the northern town of San Andrés y Sauces. It is dedicated to the manufacture, bottling and marketing of rum made from locally grown sugar cane. With a history of four generations of rum masters, it stands out with a high quality product.

Mojos Virginia

Productos Virginia S.L. is a family business from the island of La Palma that was founded in 1994 with the aim of bringing to life those old recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Creative cocktail exhibition by Emilio Rodríguez, Bar Tender Oficial Destilerías Aldea, with products from the island of La Palma and cocktail tasting.

TUESDAY 26 APRIL

14:15 / 15:00.

"Wines that take on the identity of the volcanic soil, vines planted at an altitude of over a thousand metres, the proximity of the pine forest and the indigenous yeasts, make our wines a unique combination and characterisation. The steep terrain forces us to harvest the grapes by hand, creating a traditional link that is expressed in our passion for wine. A singular combination and unique characterization "MOJOS VIRGINIA SABORTRADITIONAL, MARK OF A LAND RICH IN AROMAS" presents a tasting of mojos palmeros that evoke the flavours and smells of a childhood in the heat of the caldero tiznado of grandmother Virginia, who with her hand with the mortar, the pepper, the garlic from the garden, together with the oil and the vinegar, managed to elaborate that tasty sauce used since then to season countless dishes of our gastronomy of La Palma.

Presentation: unique peculiarities of the Raza Palmera goat that condition the flavour of the product and position it at the highest European standards for its protein and fat content. Tasting with other products from the island.
