La Palma has an enormous diversity full of contrasts, which give rise to products with unique characteristics according to the multitude of variables that can occur on the same island.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Throughout history, La Palma has received the cultural legacy, and of course the influence on the gastronomic culture, of the civilisations that found on the island the nexus between Europe and America, generating an interculturality that resulted in a rich variety of products and recipes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The island's favourable conditions accentuate the wealth of properties and characteristics of the products produced on La Palma, such as: the richness of nutrients in the volcanic substrates; pleasant climatic conditions; mild and stable temperatures throughout the year with an average of 27\u00b0C; high water quality, with a generally stable availability; variability of heights and pressures; the geomorphology of the island territory; as well as the unique microclimates typical of the orography of the Canary Islands Archipelago, among other factors.<\/p>\n

All this gives a unique flavour to the products that see the light of day under a privileged and protected sky.<\/p>\n

The complete gastronomic offer of the island has, as it could not be otherwise, a high percentage of local production, from the small traditional manufactures passed down from generation to generation, to those, equally traditional, but with high export rates; from large productions, to shipments of product in gourmet format; all of this allows you to discover intensity in flavours and authentic culinary jewels capable of awakening the senses, memories and experiences.<\/p>\n
