Despite its small size (just over 700 square kilometres), it is divided into three production sub-areas: the\u00a0<strong>sub-zone Hoyo de Mazo<\/strong>the\u00a0<strong>North sub-zone<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>Fuencaliente sub-area<\/strong>.  In the first, the\u00a0<strong>vineyard<\/strong>\u00a0The soil is fertile and fertile, with a thick layer of stone, which retains moisture and prevents weeds from growing. The\u00a0<strong>North sub-zone<\/strong>\u00a0presents us with a landscape of\u00a0<strong>vineyard<\/strong>\u00a0between pine forests, steep slopes and gravity-defying vines at an altitude of over 1,000 metres.
