Original ideas that mix the tasting of gastronomic products with the Universe that surrounds us.<\/p><p>Proposal financed and promoted by the Cabildo Insular de La Palma and the Sociedad de Promoci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de la isla de La Palma - SODEPAL, through its projects \"Saborea La Palma\" and the \"Programa de Promoci\u00f3n de AstroTurismo\". With the collaboration of IES Virgen de las Nieves, the Asociaci\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica Palmera (AGAP) and the chef Juan Pozuelo.
