\nLlanovid SCL is the base engine of the project and has had the collaboration of the Cabildo Insular de la Palma and the Direcci\u00f3n General de Agricultura de la Consejer\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca del Gobierno de Canarias (General Directorate of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Canary Islands Government).
\nThe project has been supported by the Fuencaliente Town Council and the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin of La Palma Wines.

    \nM4: Plant protection.<\/p>\n

    2. SECTOR SINGULARITIES IN THE ENVIRONMENT AND ECO-AGRICULTURE - 50 HOURS FACE-TO-FACE AND 30 HOURS ONLINE:<\/strong><\/span>
    \nM1: Viticulture.
    \nM2: Vineyard planting.
    \nM3: Pruning and green pruning.
    \nM4: Plant protection.<\/p>\n

    3. WINE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - 50 HOURS FACE-TO-FACE AND 25 HOURS ONLINE:<\/strong><\/span>
    \nM1: Legal forms in the agricultural sector.
    \nM2: Wine cellars.
    \nM3: Eco-Enotourism.
    \nM4: Commercialisation.<\/p>\n

    4. ACCOMPANIMENTS FOR THE LABOUR INSERTION OF THE SPECIFIC TRAINING - 30 CLASSROOM HOURS AND 20 ONLINE HOURS:<\/strong><\/span>
    \nMethodology: <\/strong>Mentor Model. The mentors are local farmers who are active in the wine-growing activities in the region. They are potential employers who will accompany the participants.<\/p>\n

    5. ACCOMPANIMENT FOR LABOUR MARKET INTEGRATION IN WINE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - 30 HOURS ON SITE AND 20 HOURS ONLINE:<\/strong><\/span>
    \nMethodology: <\/strong>Mentor Model. In this case, it will be the local winemakers who will do the mentoring. They have the opportunity to observe 'in situ' the performance of the participants and remove barriers of mistrust, increasing the chances of recruitment.<\/p>\n
