Dans ce cas, l'occasion est de go\u00fbter \u00e0 la cuisine int\u00e9ressante de Mariana Hern\u00e1ndez, 2022 finaliste du prix du meilleur chef des \u00eeles Canaries, qui sera d\u00e9cern\u00e9 en septembre.<\/p><p>En ce moment, on peut en profiter aux Nuits d'\u00e9t\u00e9 du Chiringuito Tropical, \u00e0 Playa Blanca. Ce point de rencontre de Luis Benito avec l'\u00e9ternel \u00e9t\u00e9 du sud. Ce sera le jeudi 21 et nous connaissons d\u00e9j\u00e0 les propositions que le jeune chef apportera au Chiringuito.<\/p><p>Le festin gastronomique commencera par une Croqueta de lapas with salmorejo palmero et Ensaladilla de boniato de Fuencaliente y peto ahumado de La Gomera (salade de patates douces de Fuencaliente et wahoo fum\u00e9 de La Gomera). Ces entr\u00e9es seront suivies de Lasa\u00f1a de gambas al kimchi y bechamel de coco, comme plat de poisson, et de Recuerdos de Garaf\u00eda, comme plat de viande.
