PROJET :<\/strong><\/span>
\nLlanovid SCL est le moteur de base du projet et a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la collaboration du Cabildo Insular de la Palma et de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Agricultura de la Consejer\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca del Gobierno de Canarias (Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l'agriculture du minist\u00e8re de l'Agriculture, de l'\u00c9levage et de la P\u00eache du gouvernement des \u00eeles Canaries).
\nLe projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenu par le conseil municipal de Fuencaliente et le conseil de r\u00e9glementation de l'appellation d'origine des vins de La Palma.
\nCe projet est financ\u00e9 par le programme Emplea Verde de la Fundaci\u00f3n Biodiversidad, avec le soutien du minist\u00e8re de la transition \u00e9cologique et du d\u00e9fi d\u00e9mographique, et cofinanc\u00e9 par le Fonds social europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\nA QUI S'ADRESSE-T-IL ?<\/strong><\/span>\n

    \nM3 : Taille et taille en vert.
    \nM4 : Protection des plantes.<\/p>\n

    2. LES SINGULARIT\u00c9S SECTORIELLES DANS L'ENVIRONNEMENT ET L'\u00c9CO-AGRICULTURE - 50 HEURES EN PR\u00c9SENTIEL ET 30 HEURES EN LIGNE :<\/strong><\/span>
    \nM1 : Viticulture.
    \nM2 : Plantation de vignobles.
    \nM3 : Taille et taille en vert.
    \nM4 : Protection des plantes.<\/p>\n

    3. GESTION D'ENTREPRISE VITICOLE - 50 HEURES EN FACE \u00c0 FACE ET 25 HEURES EN LIGNE :<\/strong><\/span>
    \nM1 : Formes juridiques dans le secteur agricole.
    \nM2 : Caves \u00e0 vin.
    \nM3 : Eco-Enotourisme.
    \nM4 : Commercialisation.<\/p>\n

    4. ACCOMPAGNEMENT POUR L'INSERTION PROFESSIONNELLE DE LA FORMATION SP\u00c9CIFIQUE - 30 HEURES DE COURS ET 20 HEURES EN LIGNE :<\/strong><\/span>
    \nM\u00e9thodologie : <\/strong>Mod\u00e8le de mentorat. Les mentors sont des agriculteurs locaux qui participent aux activit\u00e9s viticoles de la r\u00e9gion. Ce sont des employeurs potentiels qui accompagneront les participants.<\/p>\n

    5. ACCOMPAGNEMENT POUR L'INT\u00c9GRATION AU MARCH\u00c9 DU TRAVAIL DANS LE DOMAINE DE LA GESTION D'ENTREPRISE VITICOLE - 30 HEURES SUR SITE ET 20 HEURES EN LIGNE :<\/strong><\/span>
    \nM\u00e9thodologie : <\/strong>Mod\u00e8le de mentorat. Dans ce cas, ce sont les viticulteurs locaux qui assureront le mentorat. Ils ont la possibilit\u00e9 d'observer \"in situ\" les performances des participants et de lever les barri\u00e8res de m\u00e9fiance, ce qui augmente les chances de recrutement.<\/p>\n
