Per nostra natura, quando mangiamo ci fondiamo in qualche modo con l'ambiente. Nella maggior parte delle culture, mangiare ha una funzione fondamentale<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>sociale<\/span>. Intorno al pasto, prende piede una serie di regole, spesso molto rigide, che danno significato e identit\u00e0 a ciascun gruppo.<\/span><\/p>

Pertanto, come modo per proiettare l'essenza di La Palma verso il turismo, \u00e8 nato il progetto \"Saborea La Palma\" con l'obiettivo di<\/span> promuovere lo sviluppo economico, sociale e turistico dell'isola attraverso la sua gastronomia.<\/span><\/p>
