L'ultima edizione della pi\u00f9 grande fiera europea di alimenti e bevande di qualit\u00e0 ha riunito pi\u00f9 di 1.500 espositori in tre padiglioni ricchi di prodotti gastronomici.<\/p>\n<div      class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid\" style=' text-align:left;'><div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div      class=\"vc_row wpb_row section vc_row-fluid\" style=' text-align:left;'><div class=\"full_section_inner clearfix\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div>Tracciabilit\u00e0, innovazione e sostenibilit\u00e0 nei 45.636 m2 che occuper\u00e0 questa nuova edizione ricca di novit\u00e0, il luogo ideale non solo per tenersi al passo con le tendenze, ma anche per creare proficui accordi commerciali.<br \/>\nLe cifre parlano da sole: nell'ultima edizione, pi\u00f9 di 74.900 visitatori hanno partecipato al Sal\u00f3n Gourmets, generando un fatturato di 185 milioni di euro. Ne \u00e8 prova il fatto che 92% degli espositori intendono tornare e 98% dei professionisti presenti sono rimasti soddisfatti della loro visita.Numerose aziende nazionali e internazionali hanno gi\u00e0 prenotato uno spazio nei padiglioni 4, 6 e 8, privatamente o sotto l'egida delle loro istituzioni, dei padiglioni internazionali, delle Comunit\u00e0 Autonome, dei Consigli Provinciali, dei Consigli Comunali o di altri enti istituzionali, come Asturex, \u00c1vila Aut\u00e9ntica, Castilla y Le\u00f3n con il suo marchio di qualit\u00e0 Tierra de Sabor, Castilla-La Mancha, Diputaci\u00f3n de Huelva con Que Sea de Huelva, Sabor a M\u00e1laga e il Governo Basco, Euskadi Basque Country.<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"null\"><strong>Attivit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Il Sal\u00f3n Gourmets non pu\u00f2 essere compreso senza le attivit\u00e0, gli show cooking, le presentazioni, le presentazioni di prodotti e i campionati che si svolgono durante i 4 giorni dell'evento. Classici come il Concorso dei Tagliatori di Prosciutto, giunto alla 28esima edizione, o campionati che si ripetono dopo il successo della prima edizione, come il Desaf\u00edo XChef by Cervezas 1906, organizzato da Estrella Galicia, la birra ufficiale del 35SG.
