Un viaggio culinario unico e multiculturale con l'obiettivo di condividere le conoscenze, sfruttando le caratteristiche principali del branzino di Aquanaria: grandi dimensioni, consistenza soda, sapore intenso e 100% assenza di anisakis.<\/p><p>V\u00edctor Planas ci delizier\u00e0 con tecniche e tagli molto interessanti della precisa scuola giapponese. Lo chef italiano Niki Pavanelli ci mostrer\u00e0 la tecnica di produzione della bottarga a partire dalla uova del branzino Aquanaria.
