Regina Mojos

InformationMojos Regina is a producer of palm pepper and mojo. It is located in the district of El Llanito, in the municipality of Breña Alta, in a completely agricultural and rural area, an environment in which, since ancient times, pepper plants have been cultivated in every house to make mojo for self-consumption. This variety of pepper is known not only throughout the archipelago but also abroad, as it has unique and differentiated organoleptic properties which give that special 'touch' to the 'mojo palmero'.
