Saborea La Palma is the project led by the Sociedad de Promoción Económica de La Palma (SODEPAL, S.A.U.), a public company dependent on the Cabildo Insular de La Palma, to revalue and position La Palma's gastronomy in regional, national and international markets.


Under the brand launched by Turespaña in 2010, with the knowledge, support and notoriety of a brand such as Saborea España, Saborea La Palma seeks to promote the island's gastronomy through various action plans, which begin by bringing together everything that makes up a gastronomic experience on the Isla Bonita.


With this programme, SODEPAL will try to excite through gastronomy, to discover and rediscover flavours and sensations to visitors and locals, and to take the culinary proposals, loaded with a legacy and history that make it unique, to the highest levels of the world panorama in the gastronomic sector.
