The WSET, acronym of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, an institution in wine and spirits education recognised by the British government, of great prestige and worldwide reputation, offers us the opportunity for the members of Saborea La Palma to participate in its certified courses. The proposal was made to us by the oenologist Carlos Lozano, who belongs to the company that represents WSET in the Canary Islands. After analysing the proposal, Sodepal has understood that it is especially interesting for professionals in the wine sector, although the courses are open to anyone with an interest in this field.
