Bodegas Onésima Pérez Rodríguez is a small family winery located in Briesta, in the village of Garafía, in the Canary Islands.

From our winery, you can see beautiful landscapes of vineyards, mountains, sea, almond trees and pine forests.

Regina Artisan Mojo Palmero

Mojos Regina is a producer of palm pepper and mojo. It is located in the neighbourhood of El Llanito, in the municipality of Breña Alta, in a completely agricultural and rural area, an environment in which, since ancient times, pepper plants were cultivated in every house to make mojo for self-consumption. This variety of pepper is known not only throughout the archipelago but also abroad, as it has unique and differentiated organoleptic properties which give that special 'touch' to the 'mojo palmero'.

Palm Goat

The Asociación de Criadores de Cabras de Raza Palmera is an association based on the island of La Palma whose main aims are:

To watch over the purity and selection of the Palmera breed of goat, breeding this breed according to the customs and traditions of the island of La Palma, complying with animal welfare regulations and respect for the environment.
To promote the dissemination of knowledge about the Palmera goat breed and its production.
To provide technical assistance to its partners.

Ron Aldea

Destilerías Aldea is a rum factory, located on the coast of the northern town of San Andrés y Sauces. It is dedicated to the manufacture, bottling and marketing of rum made from locally grown sugar cane. With a history of four generations of rum masters, it stands out with a high quality product.
