In the framework of the development of Gastronomic Tourism Experiences, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the second phase of this project, aimed at creating unique tourism experiences based on the results obtained during the first phase.
As you will remember, the first phase, led by the CETT through Emma Pla, aimed to create a gastronomic map of the destination. In this case, as pioneers of this process, we already held the working session on 4 July.
Now, under the direction of the company Pax#, we will carry out a CoCreation and Experience Design Workshop, where we will work together to:
- To promote networking between the Taste of Spain destinations, encouraging the co-creation of innovative tourism and gastronomic experiences.
- Activate collaboration between the actors in the value chain of the primary food sector, reinforcing the gastronomic identity as a tourist differentiator.
- Strengthen capacities through specific training on innovation, experience creation, and competitiveness improvement.
