This 2023 edition has the support of the Cabildo Insular de La Palma whose aim is to enhance the values of local products and the cuisine made on the island while improving tourism promotion. It also has the collaboration of FEDEPALMA, the Federation of Business Associations of La Palma (FAEP), the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Old Town, the Association of Entrepreneurs, Self-Employed and professionals of the ZCA of Santa Cruz de La Palma (AEPA) as well as the support of CIT TEDOTE-Asdetur, AGUSA, Saborea La Palma, Hielos Las Toscas, CIFP Virgen de Las Nieves and Próteas La Palma.

The organisers invite all catering establishments to participate. To do so, all they have to do is send their registration form, duly completed, before 15 March to the following e-mail address promocion@vinoslapalma.com

The Wine Fair fuses the island's gastronomy and wines with music, in accordance with the criteria of fair trade and food sovereignty, which place value on local products.
