Within the framework of ASTROFEST La Palma 2022, the gastronomic theme linked to astronomy is once again being revived, thanks to a new edition of "Taste the Stars", the G-Astronomy Workshop on the island of La Palma. Original ideas that mix the tasting of gastronomic products with the Universe that surrounds us.

Proposal financed and promoted by the Cabildo Insular de La Palma and the Sociedad de Promoción y Desarrollo de la isla de La Palma - SODEPAL, through its projects "Saborea La Palma" and the "Programa de Promoción de AstroTurismo". With the collaboration of IES Virgen de las Nieves, the Asociación Gastronómica Palmera (AGAP) and the chef Juan Pozuelo. With the participation of Restaurante Casa del Volcán, Restaurante Jardín de La Sal and AdAstra La Palma.

It will be held on Monday 23rd May, at IES Virgen de Las Nieves (Santa Cruz de La Palma).
