The lid consists of a basket with a layer of yellow sweet potato as a base, then avocado paste, topped with slices of tuna covered with a kimchi, wakame seaweed and teriyaki sauce.
The whole thing was finally covered by a shower of almond snow.

Bululú Fusion

It is a tapa palmera in homage to the Cumbre Vieja volcano. It is made up of black pudding with puntagorda almonds, wrinkled potato, low-temperature black pig, red mojo and sweet potato ribbons.

The tapa is from the 2018 Wine Fair which was called: "The Palmera goat visiting India" and it was a total success.
