But we are still living in an exceptional situation that caused the pandemic of covid-19 and that has considerably damaged the hotel and catering sector, and perhaps this is one of the reasons why this July the second edition of the Mid-Atlantic Gastronomic Days.

We loved the way each place presented their dishes, not only with the name and photo, but also explaining what the basic products are, and sometimes even who the supplier is.

They also count the history of its creationThe restaurant also provides information on the composition of the dish, which wine it can be paired with, the price of the dish and the wine, and possible allergens.
