The Cabildo de La Palma, through the public company Sodepal, has organised the I Festival Gastronómico Saborea La Palma with the participation of producers and restaurateurs who will be the protagonists of both direct sales to consumers and showcooking and round tables with tastings. Different music groups will also join in to complete the event, which is open to the public and free of charge.

The aim of "Come La Palma" is to integrate and promote local products in all aspects of gastronomy. We want the public to discover the properties and curiosities of the ingredients of La Palma through talks and presentations by local producers and entrepreneurs, who will share their knowledge, experience and passion for the island's products, encouraging greater appreciation and use in the home and in the professional kitchen.
"Come La Palma" is part of the gastronomic fair "La Palma Me Sabe", organised by Sodepal on the following days. 8, 9 and 10 November in Fuencaliente.
